Job Description

HEAD OF SALES - SENIOR LIVING, U.S.

Located in the United States, within a reasonable (~60-minute) commute to a major or semi-major airport.

ABOUT TETON

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide better patient care.

Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Our solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of resident states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.

With strong demand and clear product-market fit, Teton is focused on scaling its presence across the U.S. senior living market. This is a rare opportunity to lead an established commercial team, strengthen our sales execution, and build the structure required to further scale across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB operators.

Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, the Head of Sales - Senior Living will lead Teton’s U.S. net-new logo sales organization across both the Business Development Representative and Account Executive functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, coach, and develop Teton’s U.S. Senior Living net-new sales organization across the BDR and full-cycle Account Executive functions.

- Optimize and reinforce Teton’s established commercial operating cadence across pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting, CRM governance, performance management, and team accountability.

- Act as a hands-on deal leader on strategic enterprise opportunities - multi-threading, stakeholder mapping, executive alignment, business-case development, negotiation, and contracting - including joining critical customer meetings, site visits, and executive presentations to bring deals over the line.

- Strengthen Teton’s existing sales motion while optimising the structure, segmentation, and coverage model required to scale across mid-market and SMB operators.

- Recruit, onboard, and develop additional commercial talent as the Senior Living segment grows, while optimizing the effectiveness of the existing team.

- Represent Teton at major industry conferences, state associations, and executive forums, while helping refine go-to-market strategy, messaging, pricing, and commercial execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Significant experience selling into the U.S. senior living market, ideally supported by a strong industry network.

- A demonstrated track record as a highly successful individual contributor, consistently exceeding significant new business quotas and closing complex, high six-figure ACV opportunities across long sales cycles.

- Proven sales leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing BDRs, Account Executives, or comparable net-new business teams, with responsibility for teams carrying significant new business quotas.

- The ability to operate as a true player-coach: strategic enough to optimize the sales organization and operating model, but hands-on enough to actively influence and close critical deals.

- Deep experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive buyers, clinical and operational leaders, procurement, legal, and ownership groups.

- A rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.

- Experience building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market motions.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across the United States.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Competitive salary and participation in our warrant program.

- The opportunity to lead and scale a core commercial segment within one of Teton’s highest-potential markets.

- Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

- A high-impact leadership position with significant influence over Teton’s U.S. go-to-market strategy, team structure, and commercial execution.

- A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

- 401(k) plan, paid time off, and health insurance.
