Job Description

THE COMPANY

Arta is on an audacious and incredibly rewarding mission: to pave the way for people everywhere to lead more successful financial lives. Arta leverages AI and sophisticated digital tools—once reserved for ultra-high-net-worth individuals—and makes them accessible to a broader global audience. Think of it as your own digital family office, combining intelligent investment strategies, alternative assets, private market access, and smart automation to help you grow and protect your wealth effortlessly. We value trust, teamwork, and adaptability.

THE ROLE

Arta works with a number of Enterprise partners on long-term engagements that touch multiple teams on both sides. These projects move fast and change shape as they go, so someone needs to own the coordination: keep the plan current, know what depends on what, and speak up the moment something is off track.

This role, based in Singapore, owns that job end to end. You'll sit between Arta's internal teams and our partners' teams, making sure work keeps moving, dependencies get caught before they cause delays, and everyone knows where things stand. Part of the job is judgment: when a partner's ask is vague, you'll know whether to push back for clarity or to make a reasonable call and keep the timeline intact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own delivery end to end

- Run one or more B2B partner engagements from kickoff through launch and into post-launch support

- Build and maintain the project plan, track milestones, and spot dependencies before they turn into blockers

Coordinate across internal and external teams

- Act as the point of contact between Arta's internal teams and partner teams, so both sides are working off the same plan

- Run status updates and steering meetings on a regular cadence with internal leadership and partner counterparts

Flag issues early and manage scope

- Raise delays, unclear scope, or risks as soon as you see them, rather than waiting for someone to ask

- Push back on partners or internal teams when scope needs clarifying, and make the call to move forward when full clarity isn't available

- Know what needs to go to leadership and what you can resolve yourself

Keep the work visible

- Maintain a project tracker, decision log, and open issues list that anyone can check without asking you for a status update

WHO YOU ARE

- 5+ years in IT or technical project management, ideally on enterprise or B2B software delivery

- Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships alongside internal delivery teams

- Good judgment on scope: comfortable pushing back for clarity, equally comfortable making a call when clarity isn't coming

- Clear communicator who can talk to engineers and business stakeholders in the terms each one needs

- Organized enough to run several workstreams at once without losing track of any of them

- Comfortable with project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira

- Background in financial services, wealthtech, or fintech is a plus, not a requirement

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement

WHY JOIN ARTA FINANCE

You'll run delivery on the partnerships that matter most to Arta's B2B business, with direct visibility to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on how those projects are going. It's a role with real ownership: you decide how the work gets tracked, when to escalate, and when to hold the line on scope.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Robust health insurance offering for you and your family

- 20 weeks of parental leave

- 17 days PTO annually plus national and company holidays

- Up to SG$75 per month reimbursement for internet
