1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fast AI Startup Jobs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Fast AI Startup Jobs provides a platform for discovering job opportunities at AI and technology companies. The Service includes:

  • Company profiles and information
  • Job listings aggregated from public sources
  • Search and filtering capabilities
  • Premium subscription features

Regional Availability

The Service is available only to users located in the United States, Canada, Singapore, the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, China Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. We use IP geolocation-based controls to restrict access from other regions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Promotional or introductory pricing automatically converts to the then-current standard rate at the end of the promotional period, as disclosed at checkout
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Paid members receive an ad-free experience, which means we do not intentionally load Google ad units for their sessions

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service contains content owned or licensed by Fast AI Startup Jobs. This includes:

  • Website design, graphics, and user interface
  • Curated company and job data
  • Original written content and analysis

Job listings and company information are aggregated from public sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Uses

We welcome responsible automated access that complies with our robots.txt and does not impose undue load.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Scrape or harvest data in violation of robots.txt, rate limits, or applicable law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use automated systems or bots in a manner that violates robots.txt, rate limits, or disrupts the Service

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it in a manner that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us. Fees already paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause, except as required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

8. No Employment Relationship; Third-Party Content

Fast AI Startup Jobs is a job discovery platform, not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing service. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or responses from any employer. Job listings and company information are published by or aggregated from third-party employers and public sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or withdrawn at any time; verify all details directly with the employer before relying on them.

The Service links to third-party websites, including employer career pages and application systems. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of job listings
  • The availability of any specific job opportunity
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast AI Startup Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast AI Startup Jobs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hi@impactbridge.ai with a description of the dispute and give us thirty (30) days to resolve it informally.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator, by videoconference or, where the applicable rules require an in-person hearing, in the county where you reside. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

Class action waiver. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Neither you nor we may participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, then the entire arbitration agreement shall not apply to that dispute.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hi@impactbridge.ai within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account email, and intent to opt out of arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to Section 12, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, by email or by prominent notice on the Service; non-material changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast AI Startup Jobs regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
