Job Description

About Eudia:     Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.    At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.    We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.     Why this role exists:   We're scaling fast and our GTM systems, data, and process haven't caught up. There is no RevOps function today, so this isn't a support seat. This person will define what RevOps looks like here: setting priorities, building the function, and creating the systems and process from scratch, not just executing against someone else's plan.     What You Will Own:   CRM & data: Clean up and structure our CRM (Salesforce), fix broken data hygiene, get pipeline and deal data trustworthy   Reporting & forecasting: Build dashboards and forecasting so leadership has real visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue trends   Sales process: Define and document our sales process, deal stages, and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success   Systems & tools: Own our GTM tech stack, evaluate and implement new tools as needed   Analysis: Identify where deals stall, where reps need support, and where we should invest     Ideal Background:

5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related analytical/systems role, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company

Deep comfort in a CRM (Salesforce preferred), plus reporting/BI tools

Strong Excel/Sheets and data instincts; SQL a plus

Has built process from scratch, not just maintained an existing one

Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between hands-on execution and strategic thinking

What Makes This Role Exciting:   True ground-floor opportunity: build the function, not just run reports   Direct visibility to founders/leadership   Clear growth path to lead RevOps as the team scales     Compensation Range:  143k-157k     If you’re ready to take on the challenge and make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, we want to hear from you!
