Role Scope
- Run full-cycle recruiting for priority roles: source, screen, drive the process, and close.
- Book and run recruiter pre screens covering timeline, visa, travel, relocation, and comp expectations, logged in Ashby the same day.
- Keep pipelines inside SLA: every candidate advanced or dispositioned in days, not weeks.
- Feed structured signal to hiring managers and the leadership gate so late-stage surprises get rarer every month.
What We're Looking For

- You've run a full-cycle desk with 30-40 active candidates without dropping a thread.
- Your screen notes are ones another recruiter could act on cold.
- You source your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound.
- You move fast without letting process integrity slip.
- Bonus: Ashby. Technical and infrastructure roles. Mixed high-volume and senior desks. AI sourcing tools.
