What does Omanta do?
Omanta runs a personalized research program — "a research lab for one" — for individual patients facing complex cancers, rare disease, or undiagnosed conditions. It integrates a patient's full medical record, personal genomics, AI analysis, and current clinical evidence to identify molecular drivers of disease, then evaluates existing and emerging therapies against that biology, developing personalized treatment campaigns (vaccines, immunotherapies, radioligands) when no suitable therapy exists. Founded in 2026 in San Francisco by Alfredo Gonzalez, PhD and Ranad Humeidi, PhD; part of Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch.
